How long do the thermal bottles keep drinks hot or cold?
Our Clima Bottles are designed to keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, thanks to their advanced double-walled vacuum insulation technology.
Are 24Bottles products dishwasher safe?
To preserve the finish and paint of your bottle, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water. However, the uncoated stainless steel bottles are dishwasher safe.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a full refund.
