Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unused bottles or accessories in their original boxes and use a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
